The Sundance 6500-288 Front Pump Housing is a component designed for TheraFlo and TheraMax hot tub pumps in select Sundance Spas models. Here are its specifications:
- Connections: It has male threaded connections referenced as 2″ (actual 3″ OD) for suction and discharge connections.
- Mounting: It features 8 holes for screws to mount the volute to the seal plate, and dual drain plugs.
- Inclusions: The housing does not include the volute, volute o-ring, any screws or impeller seal.
- Installation: The installation is easy with 1/4″ and 1/8″ round alignment tabs located 180° from each other.
- Compatibility: It fits TheraFlo – TharaMax 2.0HP & 2.5HP pumps only.
- Drain Plugs: It includes 2 drain plugs with o-rings.
- Exclusions: It does not fit any LX or XP pumps.
- Dimensions: This item measures 7 1/8″ side to side and 8 1/8″ top to bottom. The outside diameter of the 2 inch plumbing connection is 3 1/16″ across the threads of the connections on both suction and discharge. Front to back measurement is 3 1/4″.
