Abe’s Pools & Spas: Our Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Abe’s Pools & Spas! Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Wrong products sent

Important Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To receive a refund, you must send the product(s) back to us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.) within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

  3. Contact your bank as there’s often a processing period before a refund appears.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at abesinc@cox.net


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, please email us at abesinc@cox.net

Please be aware that we can’t always guarantee a direct replacement or exchange. In some cases a refund may be the only available option.

Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For more valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
